Privacy Policy
This page explains what personal data this website collects when you contact us or submit a demo request, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Last updated: 26 April 2026
1. Who we are
This website (casinotech.cloud) is operated by the CasinoTech Cloud team (referred to here as “we”, “us”). For data protection enquiries, contact us at hello@casinotech.cloud. Full legal entity details, registered address, and company number will be added to this page once company registration is finalised.
2. What we collect
When you submit the demo request form, we collect the following information that you provide voluntarily:
- Full name and company name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Country (optional)
- Preferred meeting date (optional)
- Indicative monthly budget (optional)
- Project stage (optional)
- Areas of interest (e.g. casino, sportsbook, risk, CRM)
- Free-text message describing your project
We also automatically log technical metadata for security and abuse prevention:
- IP address of the device that submitted the form
- Browser user-agent string
- Timestamp of the submission
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, analytics with personal-data fingerprinting, or social-media pixels on this site.
3. Cookies
This site uses two functional cookies only:
PHPSESSID— a standard session cookie used for CSRF protection and to remember the page state during your visit. It is deleted when you close the browser.casinotech_cookie_consent— remembers that you have dismissed the cookie notice so it is not shown on every page.
No advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
4. Why we use this data (legal basis)
- To respond to your enquiry and run the sales conversation — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To prevent spam and abuse (captcha, honeypot, IP/user-agent logging) — legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting our service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable, for example tax records once an engagement starts — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
5. Who sees your data
Booking requests are stored in our own database hosted on a server we control. Data is accessed only by members of the CasinoTech Cloud team for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share submission data with third parties for marketing.
The website is hosted on infrastructure provided by Hostinger. Email is delivered through standard SMTP providers. These vendors act as data processors and only see the technical data needed to deliver hosting and email services.
6. How long we keep it
- If you do not become a client, we delete your enquiry within 12 months of the last contact, or sooner on request.
- If you become a client, we keep enquiry data for the duration of the engagement plus the retention period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
- Server access logs (technical metadata) are kept for up to 30 days for security purposes.
7. International transfers
Our infrastructure is located in the European Union. If a sub-processor processes data outside the EU/EEA, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent legal mechanism.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data deleted (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
- Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@casinotech.cloud. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. The booking form is protected by CSRF tokens, a captcha, and a honeypot field. Submissions are stored using parameterised database queries to prevent injection. Administrative access to booking data is protected by username, password, and a separate captcha.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 14 days.
